Darlia has been baking cakes and decorating since she was waist high and at her mother's apron strings. The traditional recipe collection has been continually revised with a stylistic yet classic sensibility born of pure passion.

Although the Wedding Cake is pinacle to the business, making the regular special is key to who Darlia is. Contact with her will suggest the communication that is possible from a personalised product, from corporate themed cakepops or cupcakes, to an icing sculpture of the birthday boy atop his favorite flavoured slabs.

Much of the work Darlia does is return business & word of mouth. In many cases it has become family tradition to get Couture Patisserie for every occassion, from a tea cake to an anniversary center piece.
